We have received your approval and will now place your area rug into production.  If you have multiple rugs being cleaned with us, you will receive multiple emails requesting approval.  The average turn-around time for a thoroughly exhaustive area rug cleaning is 7-10 working days from today’s date.  If your area rug requires repairs, additional time will be needed and we’ll keep you posted as to the progress for completion.
